I am the CEO/Founder of "Cops Against Illegal Racing (CAIR)". I am also a law enforcement supervisor in Georgia. Cops C.A.I.R. is a non-profit corporation that is designed to teach young drivers about the effects of illegal racing (street racing), aggressive/reckless driving and impairment.
